Job Summary
The Senior Consultant leads and supports Oracle Cloud HCM modules, resolving complex issues and leading testing and enhancement workstreams.
Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 functional support and escalations for assigned module(s)
- Proactively develop solutions and troubleshoot issues in assigned modules.
- Partner with HR stakeholders to deliver enhancements.
- Participate in quarterly update adoption and regression testing strategy.
- Partner with HR stakeholders to deliver enhancements.
- Mentor associates and intermediates in system usage.
- Lead user training and office hours.
- Lead and participate in cyclical and cross-functional projects.
- Provide input into reporting and analytic needs based on HCM data and processes.
- Other duties as assigned.
Experience
Minimum Required
- 4 years Oracle Cloud HCM or HRIS experience in assigned module(s) or 2 years Oracle Cloud HCM experience in assigned module(s).
- Oracle Cloud HCM experience in assigned module(s) preferred
Minimum Required
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource, business, computer science, or healthcare or equivalent experience.
- Master’s degree in human resource, business, computer science, or healthcare or equivalent experience..

- Strong analytical, configuration, and process design skills.
- Ability to manage assigned module(s) workstreams independently.
- Experience in business analysis and Agile methodology, with a focus on driving iterative improvements and stakeholder value.
- Proven experience leading and contributing to cross-functional projects.
- Experience planning, executing, and supporting unit, regression, and user acceptance testing to ensure system functionality, quality, and alignment with business requirements.
