The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with both legacy Oracle EBS architecture and modern Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle Fusion SaaS platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage Oracle Fusion Cloud and OCI infrastructure environments
- Administer and support Oracle EBS environments including installation, patching, cloning, and upgrades
- Lead and support EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud migration initiatives
- Develop and manage integration solutions between EBS and Fusion applications
- Ensure system performance, scalability, security, and availability across platforms
- Support hybrid coexistence models between on-premise EBS and Oracle Cloud
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, database, and application-related issues
- Work closely with functional teams, architects, and stakeholders for solution delivery
- Implement best practices for backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies
- Document system architecture, processes, and operational procedures
- 8 years of experience as an Oracle EBS DBA
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
- Proven experience in Oracle Fusion Applications (ERP/HCM/SCM)
- Expertise in EBS administration (R12.x), including patching, cloning, and upgrades
- Experience in EBS to Fusion migration or coexistence models
- Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix environments
- Experience with Oracle database administration (11g/12c/19c)
- Familiarity with integration tools such as REST/SOAP APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Good understanding of security, identity management, and cloud architecture
