Job Title: Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant

Location: Franklin, TN (Remote)

Job Type: Contract-to-Hire Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultants to join a growing team supporting enterprise HR systems. This role involves designing, developing, and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, with a strong focus on technical development, integrations, and reporting. The position will be remote initially, transitioning to onsite in Franklin, TN after 6 months.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Oracle Fusion HCM technical solutions
• Build and support integrations using tools like HCM Extracts, HDL, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher, and OTBI
• Develop inbound and outbound interfaces between Oracle HCM and third-party systems
• Customize and extend HCM functionalities as per business requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within Oracle Fusion HCM modules
• Collaborate with functional teams, business analysts, and stakeholders
• Perform data conversions, migrations, and validations
• Ensure adherence to best practices, security, and data integrity standards
  
  

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM, with strong focus on Oracle Fusion HCM Technical
• Hands-on experience with:
• HCM Extracts
• HDL (HCM Data Loader)
• BI Publisher Reports
• OTBI Reporting
• Fast Formulas
• Experience with web services (SOAP/REST APIs) and integrations
• Strong knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL
• Experience in data migration and integration frameworks
• Good understanding of HCM modules like Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, etc.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Prior experience in contract-to-hire roles
• Oracle certifications in Fusion HCM
