- Must have 15Years of experience in Oracle HCM.
- He/She will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle HCM Cloud modules: Core HR, ORC (Recruiting), and Absence Management
- Experience in at least 2 full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations
- Lead requirement gathering workshops and translate business needs into functional solutions
- Configure and implement:
- Core HR: Workforce structures, Person Management, Employment lifecycle
- ORC: Job requisitions, candidate lifecycle, offers, recruiting flows
- Absence: Leave plans, accruals, eligibility, absence types
- Provide functional design documents (FDD) and support technical team for integrations and reports
- Work on data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities
- Support UAT cycles, defect resolution, and production deployments
