Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1/L2 application support for Oracle ERP Finance modules (GL, AP, FA)
- Handle and resolve support tickets, ensuring timely closure within SLAs
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for finance-related system issues
- Monitor system interfaces and integrations; troubleshoot failures and data issues
- Coordinate with vendors for complex incidents and track them to resolution
- Support and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and suggest improvements
- Review monthly Oracle patch releases and assess business impact
- Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and user guides
- Finance processes (GL, AP, FA)
