Job Description: 

Key Responsibilities

·         Provide L1/L2 application support for Oracle ERP Finance modules (GL, AP, FA)

·         Handle and resolve support tickets, ensuring timely closure within SLAs

·         Act as the primary technical point of contact for finance-related system issues

·         Monitor system interfaces and integrations; troubleshoot failures and data issues

·         Coordinate with vendors for complex incidents and track them to resolution

·         Support and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

·         Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and suggest improvements

·         Review monthly Oracle patch releases and assess business impact

·         Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and user guides

Must Skills:

·         Finance processes (GL, AP, FA)

·         application support (L1/L2) and incident management

·         Oracle ERP Cloud and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)’
