Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Expenses.
- Configure and support Oracle EPM modules such as Planning, Budgeting,Capital projects and Workforce budgets.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from public sector clients and translate them into Oracle ERP solutions aligned with government financial policies.
- Develop and maintain cross-validation rules, chart of accounts structures, intercompany accounting setups, and reporting hierarchies.
- Support FBDI data migration, integration design, and data conversion activities for Oracle Fusion and EPM implementations.
- Collaborate with technical teams on Oracle BI Publisher reports, OTBI analytics, Financial Reporting Studio reports, and Smart View configurations.
- Provide post-implementation support, user training, and knowledge transfer to client
- Participate in system testing (SIT, UAT) and defect resolution
- Stay current with Oracle quarterly updates and advise clients on feature adoption and upgrade planning.
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7 years of hands-on experience with Oracle ERP implementations, with a focus on Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials and/or EPM modules.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with public sector clients (federal, state, or local government agencies).
- Strong understanding of government accounting standards including GASB, federal fund accounting, and OMB compliance requirements.
- Proven experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud configuration: General Ledger, Subledger Accounting, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Expenses.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud: Planning and Budgeting and Narrative reporting
- Strong knowledge of chart of accounts design, cross-validation rules, and financial reporting structures.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical audiences.
