Job Summary:
- We are looking for a skilled Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Absence Management and Time & Labor (OTL).
- This role involves implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of HCM modules, with additional exposure to Payroll.
- The ideal candidate is a strong functional expert with good technical knowledge, capable of working closely with business users and resolving system issues efficiently.
- Lead and support the implementation and configuration of Absence Management (plans, accruals, eligibility)
- Configure and manage Time & Labor (OTL), including time entry, rules, and approvals
- Provide production support across Absence, OTL, and Payroll modules
- Gather requirements and collaborate with business users on functional solutions
- Troubleshoot issues related to Fast Formulas, Absence calculations, and Payroll processing
- Develop and maintain Fast Formulas for business needs
- Manage data loads and integrations using HDL and HCM Extracts
- Support system integrations with internal and third-party applications
- Participate in SIT/UAT testing and production releases
- Create user documentation and provide end-user training
- Strong experience in: Oracle Cloud Absence Management (Primary), and Oracle Time & Labor (OTL)
- Hands-on experience with: Fast Formulas (must-have), HDL (HCM Data Loader), and HCM Extracts
- Strong troubleshooting skills (functional technical)
- Experience working with HCM integrations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Basic SQL knowledge is a plus
- Basic support knowledge of Payroll
