Role: Oracle Cloud Finance Functional Consultant – Expense Module

Location: Pittsburgh, PA (Onsite - Hybrid)

Rate: $80/HR on C2C or $64/hr on W2

Responsibilities:

• Manage all Finance Functional aspects of Oracle Cloud ERP Implementation & Enhancements Project for implementing Expense/T&E module.
• Including functionality of the following modules: Oracle Cloud Payables, Oracle Cloud Cash Management, Oracle Cloud Expense.
  
  

Client Expectations: The client has already implemented AMEX NEO for Travel & Expense and integrated it with the Oracle ERP Expense module. They now plan to retire AMEX NEO and transition all Travel & Expense processes fully into Oracle Cloud Expense. They are seeking a consultant who can operate independently and provide expert guidance on the Expense module, including solution design, configuration, rapid implementation, corporate card integration, and end to end testing. Strong hands on experience with Oracle Cloud Travel & Expense and Accounts Payable is essential. The consultant must also successfully clear the client interview prior to onboarding.

• Identify business requirements and map them to the Oracle ERP Cloud functionality
• Analyse, design and configure best practice business needs through technology solutions in related engagement.
• Well verse in Implementation Projects
• Interact with client teams to understand their requirement and design the robust solution
• Develop an understanding of a client’s current state process and developing future state technical recommendations.
• Executing the day-to-day activities of Oracle ERP Cloud engagements including process design, leading key configuration workshops, identifying Gaps, identify RICEW, and testing
• Participation in requirement gathering, analyzing business requirements, aligning business requirements and best practices to implement a functional solution
• Manage Functional project delivery and lead project onsite/offshore technical teams
• Contribute to continuous improvement and development of internal processes and intellectual property.
• Define new and refine existing business processes
• Participation in project planning, providing subject/technical matter expertise, estimating work, development of proposals and statements of work.
• Demonstrate deep knowledge on conversion areas and map the data from legacy system to Oracle Cloud ERP applications.
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• 12 to 16 years of experience in Oracle Cloud ERP Financials Projects
• Full life-cycle project development including Requirements, Design, Development, Testing and Roll-out
• Knowledge of Enterprise Structures, module-specific configurations, ability to do requirement analysis and deliver functional design documents of the mentioned modules.
• Ability to quickly understand the business requirement and to design functional concepts
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• MS Computer Science or MCA Master of Computer Applications or BE Computer or BE Electronics
• Experience with various cloud, SaaS, and on-premises ERP or EBS
• Oracle Cloud Functional knowledge on Procurement Cloud added advantage.
