Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Sales Cloud / Oracle Customer Data

Management (CDM) Developer with a focus on Redwood UX to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in Oracle CX

applications and a deep understanding of Sales Cloud and CDM functionality. We

need a developer who is not only skilled in traditional customizations but is also

proficient in the Redwood toolset, including Visual Builder Studio (VBS), to

deliver modern, high-performance user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Core Development: Design, develop, and implement customizations and
  
  

extensions within Oracle Sales Cloud and Oracle CDM.

• Module Configuration: Configure Sales Cloud modules (Leads,
  
  

Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts, Forecasting, etc.) and CDM capabilities

(data quality, deduplication, survivorship rules, and data governance).

• Technical Extensions: Develop Groovy scripts, Application Composer
  
  

extensions, and complex Web Services (SOAP/REST) to meet business

requirements.

• Integration & Reporting: Build and maintain integrations with B2B
  
  

applications and third-party systems; develop BI Publisher reports and

OTBI dashboards.

• Data Management: Lead data migration and transformation activities using
  
  

FBDI or other Oracle-native tools.

• Redwood Modernization: Design and implement user interfaces using
  
  

Oracle Redwood components; migrate legacy layouts to the Redwood UX

using Visual Builder Studio (VBS).

• Collaboration: Work with functional leads and business analysts to
  
  

translate complex requirements into technical solutions that adhere to

Redwood design patterns.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information
  
  

Technology, or a related field.

• Experience: 10 years of total IT experience, with 5 years specializing in Oracle CX Cloud (Sales Cloud / CDM).
• Technical Skills:
  
  

    

• Oracle Sales Cloud configuration and customization
  
  

    

• Deep proficiency in Groovy scripting and Application Composer.
  
  

    

• Strong knowledge of Oracle CDM (data cleansing, matching, and
  
  

     survivorship).

    

• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs for seamless system
  
  

     connectivity.

    

• Expertise in BI Publisher and OTBI reporting.
• Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of end-to-end CRM processes
  
  

(Lead-to-Opportunity, Territory Management, and Sales Forecasting).

• Redwood Expertise: Proven experience with Oracle Redwood
  
  

architecture, including hands-on work with Visual Builder Studio (VBS)

and the Oracle Accelerated Development Tooling.

• Certifications: Oracle Sales Cloud, CDM, or Visual Builder certifications
  
  

are highly preferred.
