Salary: $125,000 - $150,000 per year

Job Details

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational performance at the plant level
• Lead the deployment of Operations Excellence tools, platforms, and CI frameworks
• Analyze manufacturing and financial data to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities
• Train and coach employees on Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and structured CI methodologies
• Partner directly with front-line teams using a hands-on, floor-based leadership approach
• Provide project management leadership for CI pilots and full-scale rollouts
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure CI strategy alignment and stakeholder support
• Support plant transformation initiatives and change management efforts
• Travel up to 20% as needed
  
  

Qualifications - Needed

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree with 4 years of related experience OR
• High School Diploma / GED with 8 years of manufacturing CI experience
• Preferred: Master's Degree
• Certifications: Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt strongly preferred
• Experience:
• Strong background in Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and Six Sigma
• Manufacturing operations and plant-level continuous improvement
• Data analytics using process and financial metrics
• Leading CI projects from concept through implementation
• Proven ability to:
• Influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
• Drive sustainable change in fast-paced manufacturing environments
