Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct administrative and operational support to executive IT leadership
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and coordination of meetings across multiple stakeholders
- Coordinate domestic travel arrangements and itineraries
- Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and executive briefing documents
- Serve as a professional point of contact for executives and visiting stakeholders
- Maintain organization and readiness of the executive office and IT leadership workspace
- Assist with office operations, meeting logistics, and supply management
- Support ad-hoc operational requests and time-sensitive priorities as needed
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant supporting executive or leadership teams
- Strong calendar management, scheduling, and coordination skills
- Experience arranging travel and handling logistics
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Professional presence with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working onsite in a fast-paced executive setting
- Ability to adapt quickly, prioritize effectively, and handle confidential information
- Exposure or experience supporting IT, technology, or executive operations environments preferred
- Expected duration: Several weeks, with potential for extension or temp-to-perm
- Immediate availability preferred due to quick turnaround needs
