Job Title: OpenText CCM Technical Lead

Contract Position

Location: Chattanooga, TN

Solution Design & Development

• Lead end-to-end implementation of OpenText CCM solutions
• Design and develop communication templates using OpenText Exstream and xPression
• Ensure high-performance, scalable, and secure document generation across multiple channels (print, email, digital)
• Maintain coding standards, architecture guidelines, and best practices
  
  

Insurance Communication Solutions

• Develop communications for policy lifecycle events such as onboarding, renewals, claims, billing, and regulatory notices
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, audit, and data privacy standards
• Enable personalized and branded customer communication experiences
  
  

Production Support & Optimization

• Provide L3 support, including incident resolution, root cause analysis, and performance tuning
• Ensure application stability and adherence to SLAs
• Identify and reduce recurring issues and operational risks
  
  

Team Leadership & Collaboration

• Lead and mentor distributed development teams
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, QA, and infrastructure teams
• Support estimation, planning, and risk management activities
  
  

Modernization & Continuous Improvement

• Drive platform modernization initiatives including cloud adoption and DevOps integration
• Support upgrades, migrations, and performance enhancements
• Identify opportunities for automation and template optimization
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 10 years of IT experience with strong expertise in OpenText CCM
• Hands-on experience with OpenText Exstream and/or xPression (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of document composition, template design, and batch/real-time processing
• Experience working in the Insurance domain (Life, P&C, or Group Benefits preferred)
• Familiarity with integrations involving policy, claims, and billing systems
• Experience supporting production environments and regulated systems
  
  

Education: At least a bachelor s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related field is required for the project
