Solution Design & Development
- Lead end-to-end implementation of OpenText CCM solutions
- Design and develop communication templates using OpenText Exstream and xPression
- Ensure high-performance, scalable, and secure document generation across multiple channels (print, email, digital)
- Maintain coding standards, architecture guidelines, and best practices
- Develop communications for policy lifecycle events such as onboarding, renewals, claims, billing, and regulatory notices
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, audit, and data privacy standards
- Enable personalized and branded customer communication experiences
- Provide L3 support, including incident resolution, root cause analysis, and performance tuning
- Ensure application stability and adherence to SLAs
- Identify and reduce recurring issues and operational risks
- Lead and mentor distributed development teams
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, QA, and infrastructure teams
- Support estimation, planning, and risk management activities
- Drive platform modernization initiatives including cloud adoption and DevOps integration
- Support upgrades, migrations, and performance enhancements
- Identify opportunities for automation and template optimization
- 10 years of IT experience with strong expertise in OpenText CCM
- Hands-on experience with OpenText Exstream and/or xPression (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of document composition, template design, and batch/real-time processing
- Experience working in the Insurance domain (Life, P&C, or Group Benefits preferred)
- Familiarity with integrations involving policy, claims, and billing systems
- Experience supporting production environments and regulated systems
