Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced OpenText CCM Technical Lead to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-scale customer communication solutions. This role involves leading technical teams, ensuring production stability, and driving modernization initiatives within insurance environments.
Required Skills
- 10–12 years of IT experience with strong OpenText CCM expertise
- Hands-on experience with OpenText Exstream / xPression (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of:
- Document composition & template design
- Batch and real-time processing
- Experience in Insurance domain (Life, P&C, Group Benefits)
- Integration experience with policy, claims, and billing systems
- Experience supporting production and regulated environments
Preferred Skills
- OpenText upgrades, migrations, or cloud exposure
- DevOps and ITIL knowledge
- Performance tuning for high-volume document generation
Salary : $65 - $70
