- Drive interaction with software vendors and vendor resources.
- Lead application integrations involving complex interfaces.
- Provide 24x7 primary and/or secondary support for niche, core, or mission-critical applications.
- Coordinate application maintenance activities, including release schedules.
- Support SDLC request and analysis phases through documentation and estimates.
- Oversee and manage deliverables produced by junior staff.
- Execute design, development, and implementation activities throughout the SDLC.
- Participate on application development, support, and project teams.
- Serve as Technical Lead on projects and oversee technical staff.
- Lead multiple concurrent projects as required.

Required

- Ten years of experience in systems analysis, design, and development.

- Expert knowledge of business software applications and hardware technologies.

- Experience leading the adoption of new technologies when appropriate.
- Strong verbal, written, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience presenting information to technical teams and departmental audiences.
- Ability to develop project plans for small projects.
- Ability to partner with Project Managers on large project planning activities.
- Experience assisting with project scheduling and resource management.
- Ability to create and review technical design specifications.
- Knowledge of development tools and technologies supporting enterprise IT architecture.
- Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience driving continuous process improvement across SDLC, application support, maintenance, and technology architecture functions.
