Job Title : Senior Salesforce Developer

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly innovative Senior Salesforce Developer with advanced expertise in AI-powered solutions and agentic technologies. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong background in Salesforce development, customization, and integration, as well as hands-on experience designing and deploying intelligent and autonomous workflows within the Salesforce ecosystem.

This role requires a blend of strong technical capabilities, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work model.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and related technologies.
• Customize Salesforce modules to improve business processes and user experience.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices for development and documentation.
• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues across the Salesforce platform.
• Maintain and optimize Salesforce configurations, workflows, and automation processes.
  
  

AI & Agentic Platform Responsibilities

• Implement AI-powered Salesforce features including Einstein AI, Einstein GPT, predictive analytics, and ML-driven capabilities.
• Design autonomous agentic workflows to automate reasoning, planning, and execution of business processes.
• Apply prompt engineering and RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) techniques to optimize AI model output.
• Support the adoption of enterprise AI initiatives within Salesforce.
  
  

Leadership & Collaboration

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Create and maintain documentation for architecture, design, and feature implementation.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning).
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, security model, data model, and APIs.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party applications and systems.
• Proficiency in SOQL, SQL, and data management best practices.
• Salesforce Developer certifications (Platform Developer I/II) strongly preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
