Key Responsibilities
AI/ML Engineering & Automation
- Implement version control for code, data, and models using GitLab, SonarQube, Jenkins, and Artifactory.
- Develop automated testing frameworks leveraging AI capabilities, including model validation and performance testing.
- Design and support blue/green deployment strategies enhanced with AI-driven decisioning.
- Automate build, scan, and deployment pipelines with integrated security vulnerability remediation.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineering teams to operationalize AI models into scalable production systems.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7 years of experience in DevSecOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Practical hands-on experience with AI tools, models, and implementing real-world AI/ML use cases.
- Proficiency in at least one AI-focused programming language (Python required; Java preferred).
- Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Solid understanding of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Experience working with CI/CD platforms (Jenkins, GitHub, GitLab CI, Artifactory).
- Hands-on experience with automated vulnerability detection and remediation using DAST/SAST/IAST scanning tools.
- Experience building and deploying agentic AI solutions across technical and business domains.
- LLM expertise (Claude, OpenAI) with emphasis on reasoning and agentic use cases.
- Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI.
- Strong understanding of context engineering, MCP, vector databases, and RAG architectures.
- Advanced Python programming skills (must-have).
- Deep knowledge of cloud engineering as it relates to AI, DevOps, and automation.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
- Knowledge of security best practices for AI systems.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including data scientists, operations, and engineering.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to balance technical and business requirements.
