Job Overview:
- Responsible for providing technical onboarding support to new hires by preparing, configuring, and troubleshooting laptops and systems.
- Ensures a seamless onboarding experience through device setup, system configuration, and remote assistance.
- Coordinate onboarding of new employees by preparing and configuring laptops for use within the organization.
- Enroll and configure devices using mobile device management platforms.
- Deploy and configure required applications and system settings.
- Perform OS reinstallation and reimaging for macOS and Windows devices as needed.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and configuration issues.
- Provide remote support to new hires using collaboration and remote assistance tools.
- Guide users through setup processes and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Ensure devices are compliant with organizational standards and policies.
- Strong expertise in macOS setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems.
- Experience with mobile device management tools and device enrollment.
- Proficiency with remote support and collaboration tools.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to assist non-technical users.
- Bachelor s Degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
- Experience in device setup, configuration, and technical support.
- Experience supporting macOS and Windows environments.
- Experience working in a remote support or helpdesk environment preferred.
