This role will act as the technical SPOC for platform configuration, integrations, production support, and continuous improvements.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in asset finance platforms, combined with functional understanding of leasing/lending processes and technical troubleshooting skills (SQL, APIs, integrations).

Platform Configuration & Support
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Odessa (LeaseWave) Support / Technical Analyst to configure, support, and enhance the Odessa platform across the full lease and loan lifecycle. This role will act as the technical SPOC for platform configuration, integrations, production support, and continuous improvements.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in asset finance platforms, combined with functional understanding of leasing/lending processes and technical troubleshooting skills (SQL, APIs, integrations).
Key Responsibilities
Platform Configuration & Support
- Configure and support Odessa modules including Origination, Contracts, Billing, Assets, Accounting, and End-of-Term
- Manage platform setup, enhancements, upgrades, and environment stability
- Act as the primary technical point of contact (SPOC) for Odessa-related activities
- Investigate and resolve complex issues related to:
- Lease/loan lifecycle processing
- Billing discrepancies and payment issues
- Accounting postings and financial transactions
- Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes
- Support system integrations with GL, CRM, DMS, and payment systems
- Troubleshoot API issues (REST/SOAP, JSON/XML)
- Assist in data migration, reconciliation, and validation activities
- Monitor and support batch processing jobs
- Work closely with functional consultants, developers, and business stakeholders
- Translate business requirements into Odessa configurations and technical solutions
- Support onshore/offshore delivery model across time zones
- Ensure platform stability, data integrity, and adherence to business rules and regulatory requirements
- Follow incident, problem, and change management processes
- 5 years of experience working on the Odessa (LeaseWave) platform
- Strong domain knowledge in:
- Auto finance / commercial finance / captive finance
- Lease/loan lifecycle (origination → servicing → end-of-term)
- Hands-on experience in production support / AMS environments
- Strong SQL skills for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting
- Understanding of API integrations (REST/SOAP)
- Experience with tools like ServiceNow, Jira, or similar
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Odessa Studio / Odessa Designer (workflows, business rules)
- Knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle)
- Experience with API tools such as Postman
- Understanding of:
- OEM dealer programs
- Subsidy structures
- Floorplan financing
- Commercial leasing models
- Basic scripting skills (Python, PowerShell) for automation
