- This is a Hybrid opportunity requiring the qualified professional to work onsite at least 3 days a week.***
- Monitor network infrastructure using tools such as Moogsoft or equivalent monitoring/alerting systems
- Identify, analyze, and respond to network alerts, incidents, and performance issues in a timely manner
- Manage and follow established operational processes to ensure consistency and efficiency in incident handling
- Perform initial troubleshooting of routers, switches, and network connectivity issues
- Create, update, and manage incident tickets using platforms such as ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Maintain clear and concise documentation of incidents, resolutions, and standard operating procedures
- Utilize collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams) to communicate effectively across teams
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, operational standards, and escalation procedures
- General knowledge of Networking concepts, including routers, switches, and network connections
- Experience with monitoring and alerting systems (e.g., Moogsoft or equivalent)
- Familiarity with Ticketing Systems such as ServiceNow or similar platforms
- Experience working with vendor support and managing escalations
- Proficiency in collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams
- Excellent written communication and documentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong process management and organizational skills
- Previous experience in a NOC or IT Operations environment
- Basic understanding of ITIL processes and Incident Management frameworks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment (shift work may be required)
