Responsibilities:
- Design and implement AI-driven solutions that align with our business needs and objectives.
- Connect with core enterprise integrations (Gmail, Outlook, Zoom, Twilio, Google Maps, Slack, and others)
- Utilize React to develop user-friendly UIs for our applications.
- Implement llms and Anthropic for efficient learning and decision-making processes.
- Develop and manage email ingestion and calendar orchestration to streamline our internal operations.
- Design and implement integration architecture for seamless data flow between different systems.
- Ensure secure enterprise automation across all our applications and systems. Implement security-first engineering practices (SOC2-aligned infra, OAuth2, role-based access, audit logs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our solutions are scalable and meet the needs of our clients.
- Stay updated on the latest AI trends and technologies and apply this knowledge to our operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise in our AI systems and applications.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer, with startup experience.
- Proven experience with AI (OpenAI-Chat GPT 4/5), Anthropic, Fast API, Python, TypeScript/Node.js, OAuth2, AWS, admin automation
- Strong knowledge of AI principles and technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and innovatively.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in AI and full stack development.
- Strong leadership and decision making skills
