We’re hiring: Founding Product Manager @ IndustrialMind.ai

Building the first AI Process Engineer for the real world.

IndustrialMind.ai is an early-stage industrial AI startup founded by former Tesla manufacturing AI experts and backed by Antler and leading Silicon Valley VCs. We’re on a mission to turn messy manufacturing data and deep process logic into AI-native agents that think like real process engineers—understanding design, monitoring, optimization, and root cause analysis.

We don’t believe in incremental improvements. We think in first principles, ship fast, kill bad ideas faster, and chase down hard truths. Our team is a weird mix of builders, thinkers, and factory-floor nerds who believe industrial intelligence is the next frontier of applied AI.

AI-driven process optimization

Root cause analysis powered by generative models

Real-world feedback loops in complex production lines

What we’re looking for

Someone who loves solving hard industrial problems with elegant digital tools. You speak fluent “factory” and “Figma.” You’re obsessed with customer insight, clarity, and building the right thing fast.

You’ll own:

• Translating messy real-world pain points into structured AI product specs
• Writing PRDs and sketching UX flows that engineers and customers love
• Leading cross-functional sprints with design, data, and software teams
• Interviewing users on shop floors and distilling insights into iterations
• Supporting pre-sales and helping customers go live and stay happy
• Keeping an eye on the competitive landscape and emerging industrial AI trends

Ideal background

• 3 years shipping products in the industrial stack (Industrial AI, MES, WMS, SCADA, IoT, ERP, etc.)
• Strong understanding of real manufacturing processes (bonus if electrical equipment or auto parts)
• Experience in building AI/ML applications, especially LLM-based applications
• Prior exposure to AI/ML concepts in operations (e.g. predictive maintenance, statistical modeling, LLM applications)
• UI/UX intuition and ability to sketch wireframes or flows
• Comfortable bridging engineering and customer success

Bonus points if you have

• Direct sales / customer-facing experience
• Startup or 0-to-1 product building experience
• Writing or thought leadership in industrial/AI topics
