- Assist in the setup and configuration of network services such as DNS, DHCP, and VLANs.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Ability to lift and install network equipment, including running and terminating network cables.
