Requirement/Must Have:
- 1 years of experience with Akamai and F5 load balancers (Moderate Knowledge).
- Experience with AWS WAF.
- Security knowledge with an understanding of layer 7 protection/vulnerabilities.
- Experience handling Web Application Firewall technologies such as Akamai and Cloudflare.
- Strong understanding of DNS architecture and resolution.
- Hands-on experience with Akamai, Cloudflare, and F5 XC.
- Basic scripting knowledge (Python/Bash) for automation.
- Troubleshooting experience in network/edge delivery issues.
- Design, deploy, and configure WAF solutions (e.g., Akamai, Cloudflare, AWS WAF, Imperva).
- Implement security policies, rules, and custom signatures.
- Tune WAF configurations to balance security and application performance.
- Integrate WAF with CDN and load balancing layers.
- Positively contribute to over 99.99% application uptime.
- Engineer innovative ways to solve problems and build helpful tools using scripting/automation focus with a software engineering mindset.
Salary : $45 - $50
