Key Responsibilities
Process Development & Architecture
- Lead execution of an end-to-end facility decommissioning process.
- Monitor and report program performance and milestones.
- Drive continuous process improvements for efficiency and scalability.
- Ensure seamless coordination and execution across cross-functional teams.
- Utilize advanced analytics to track program progress and performance.
- Analyze:
- Optical and TDM circuit utilization
- Third-party lease data
- Energy consumption metrics
- Integrate insights across multiple network domains to support decision-making.
- Build strong relationships across internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive alignment and consensus to ensure adoption of program strategies.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to deliver results successfully.
- Strong understanding of telecommunications networks at the device, circuit, and transport levels.
- Working knowledge of network and customer circuit hierarchy and design.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to convert complex data into actionable insights.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively present technical concepts to stakeholders and leadership.
- Ability to develop long-term strategies aligning network and real estate objectives with broader business goals.
- Experience with systems such as TIRKS, NAR, Canvas, Smartsheets, IVAPP.
- Background in circuit, equipment, or facility decommissioning and modeling.
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini) or automation solutions.
- Experience in data mining and modeling using NAR or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of legacy transport migration planning.
- Advanced degree in Project/Program Management, Leadership, or Telecommunications.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Minimum of 6 years of industry experience (can include work, military, or specialized training).
- Hybrid work model available from major office locations.
- Preference for candidates based near Ashburn, VA or Basking Ridge, NJ.
