Description
- The Senior Program Manager oversees the technical personnel on various system programs and/or projects that are highly complex in nature.
- This is a hybrid Senior Program Manager role for our Network Engineering department.
- The role has a need for Program Management skills; and experience monitoring and controlling technology focused Infrastructure projects.
- The Senior Program Manager work assignments are often complex and require critical problem solving. Seniority in the following areas is key:
- Responsible for facilitating the ongoing design and implementation of enterprise-sized projects (Data Center, Cloud Engineering and Remote Solutions experience a bonus)
- Quality enterprise-level Program Management
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Demonstrated Stakeholder Relationship management (all organizational levels)
- Coordination with internal and external teams and leadership; vendors and other key stakeholders
- Highly organized (schedule management, RACI, RAID, Financial Management)
- Practice good judgement and creative thinking
- Professionally assertive
- Makes decisions regarding teamwork approach/priorities and sets direction.
- Work is independent and often guided by good judgement and/or documented procedures/regulations/professional standards with interpretation. Courageously question status quo and simultaneously propose solutions.
