The Network Manager is responsible for the design, reliability, security, and day-to-day operation of the company''s corporate and enterprise network environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead technical teams in the operation and maintenance of the corporate and enterprise network
- Design and implement LAN/WAN, routing & switching, firewalls (Cisco and Palo Alto), VPNs, and wireless networks
- Work with enterprise network vendors, particularly Cisco and Palo Alto, to ensure network infrastructure meets business needs
- Ensure network security principles are implemented and support audit processes
- Troubleshoot network issues, maintain documentation, and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and audit readiness
Required Skills:
- 7 years of experience in enterprise or corporate networking roles
- 2 years of experience managing or leading technical teams
- Strong experience in LAN/WAN, routing & switching, firewalls (Cisco and Palo Alto), VPNs, and wireless networks
- Experience working with enterprise network vendors, particularly Cisco and Palo Alto
- Network security principles and audit support
- Troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
- Relevant certifications (CCNP, CCIE, PCNSE or equivalent)
- Exposure to Zero Trust
- Audit readiness and compliance outcomes
- Experience with regulatory compliance in network management
- Knowledge of Virtual Private Networks (VPN) and Switches
- Ability to manage Enterprise Networks effectively
