- Bachelor s degree in computer science, information systems field, and/or related college degree (Required).
- Minimum of 7 years experience in design of Network Management and implementation.
- Applicable industry certifications (at least one required; multiple is preferred):
- CCNP Routing & Switching certificate
- CCNA/CCNP Security
- CCNA/CCNP Wireless certifications
- (or equivalent certificate)
- Required Cisco Experience (installing, configuring and maintaining):
- Must have excellent written & verbal communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Must have good documentation, analytical, design decision-making skills.
- The ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure, meet deadlines and present a professional demeanor is essential.
- Accountable for all day-to-day decision making for network specifications, maintenance, capacity planning, configuration, and upgrades.
