- NetSuite Product Solutions Lead to design and deliver finance-first NetSuite solutions for Private Equity portfolio companies in the SaaS, Services, and Healthcare verticals. This role will be central to developing scalable productized solutions within Finance-as-a-Service model, leveraging NetSuite s capabilities to drive automation, efficiency, and insight for growth-stage clients.
- Solution Design & Architecture
- Lead the design of NetSuite product solutions tailored to finance operations (GL, AP, AR, revenue recognition, consolidation, etc.)
- Create repeatable solution frameworks for PE-backed companies, with emphasis on scalability and rapid deployment.
- Vertical Focus
- Develop financial workflows specific to SaaS (subscription billing, deferred revenue, ARR/MRR reporting), Services (project accounting, utilization tracking), and Healthcare (compliance, multi-entity consolidations, cost management).
- Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Work directly with PE sponsors and portfolio company leadership to assess requirements, map business processes, and translate into NetSuite configurations.
- Partner with internal Client Services and Delivery teams to ensure smooth solution rollout.
- Productization & Best Practices
- Develop templates, playbooks, and accelerators for rapid NetSuite deployments.
- Provide ongoing thought leadership on NetSuite s roadmap and ecosystem, recommending modules, integrations, or 3rd-party apps where applicable.
- Enablement & Knowledge Transfer
- Support Consero teams in adopting and standardizing NetSuite solutions across multiple clients.
- Conduct internal training sessions and create solution documentation.
- 7 years of NetSuite experience with a focus on financial modules and reporting.
- Proven track record designing and implementing finance-first NetSuite solutions in SaaS, Services, or Healthcare verticals.
- Deep knowledge of revenue recognition, subscription billing, multi-entity consolidation, and financial reporting.
- Strong understanding of PE-backed operating models and the need for scalable, repeatable solutions.
- Ability to bridge product thinking and hands-on configuration.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with SuiteSuccess or other preconfigured NetSuite methodologies.
- Exposure to integration tools (Celigo, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, etc.).
- Prior work with finance transformation or Finance-as-a-Service models.
