Required Skills
- 5-6 years of hands-on experience in software development
- Strong experience with C# and .NET Framework/.NET Core
- Experience designing, developing, and consuming RESTful APIs
- Strong Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts
- Experience with SQL Server and T-SQL
- Experience with microservices architecture
- Strong understanding of software design patterns
- Experience with Git and CI/CD processes
- Front-end development experience using Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Experience with enterprise application development and integrations
- Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack applications
- Develop and consume RESTful APIs and integration services
- Build scalable and maintainable solutions using C# and .NET technologies
- Write optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, and database components
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver solutions
- Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices
- Support application modernization and digital transformation initiatives
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues
- Experience with cloud-native applications
- Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with microservices and distributed systems
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Candidate must have real hands-on development experience, not just project exposure.
- Strong REST API experience is mandatory (both development and consumption).
- Local candidates or candidates willing to relocate to Milwaukee preferred.
