Location : Hartford, CT (3 days, Hybrid)

Role Overview:

We re seeking talented .NET Developers across Junior, Mid, and Senior levels to support the migration of legacy applications from .NET Framework 4.8 to .NET Core and enhance healthcare-focused applications (for one of our clients) This role primarily involves backend development (~80%) with collaboration on frontend technologies including Angular and React. Junior and Mid-level candidates will be prioritized for hiring, with Senior-level considered subsequently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead or assist in migrating applications from .NET Framework 4.8 to .NET Core.
• Develop and maintain the Coding and Writing application supporting group insurance medical/dental plans.
• Focus on backend development using .NET Core; contribute to frontend work with Angular and React.
• (Senior level) Drive architectural and design decisions.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, and Product.
  
  

Required Skills & Experience:

• Junior: 2 years of software development experience
• Mid-Level: 3-6 years of experience
• Senior: 7 years of experience
  
  

Technical Skills:

• Strong backend development skills in .NET Core
• Experience with Angular or React frontend frameworks
• Proficient in SQL Server and database management
• Solid understanding of RESTful API development
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services
• Familiarity with Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines
