Required Skills And Experience
- Minimum 7 years of experience designing, developing, testing, debugging, and maintaining applications and business intelligence with similar size and complexity.
- Minimum 7 years of experience developing and implementing systems using the Microsoft technology stack.
- Minimum 7 years of experience developing and implementing customized Microsoft .NET applications using SQL Server database (RDBMS).
- Minimum 7 years of experience with development and release management using multiple code branches in Azure DevOps and/or Team Foundation Server (TFS).
- Minimum 7 years of experience with building and maintaining automated CI/CD pipelines (using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps) to streamline testing and deployment.
- Minimum 7 years of experience implementing systems using role-based security.
- Minimum 7 years of experience implementing 3-Tier Architecture solutions.
- Minimum 7 years of experience working with various stakeholders and team members to understand requirements, understand data needs and resolve issues.
- Minimum 7 years of experience creating technical documentation.
- Minimum 7 years of experience generating reports using SSRS/Active Reports.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in application development.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in database development.
- Strong technical background.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required.
- Excellent verbal and writing skills and the ability to develop and present complex material effectively to a variety of audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills and able to establish good working relationships with team members, agency representatives, external representatives and vendor staff.
- Able to work independently, to work against a plan, to meet deadlines, to follow procedures and to produce deliverables.

- Intimate knowledge of the PartnerBridgeAPI Application.
- Experience with Azure/AWS Cloud Services.
- Bachelor of Science degree in an Information Technology related field is preferred.
