Location: Hybrid - CHARLOTTE, NC
Onsite expectation: 3 days onsite per week
Pay range: $45.63 - $47.63/hr
Contract Length: 12 months

Role Overview
We are seeking a technical trainer and Learning and Development professional for a contract position. This role requires a jack of all trades technical trainer with enterprise-level experience in training on software systems within an agile environment. The position involves designing and delivering training for the nCino program for a variety of users across the bank, from frontline staff to operations personnel.

- Facilitate in-person, virtual, and pre-recorded training sessions.
- Drive projects independently, managing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Assess needs, weigh options, and implement solutions.
- Collaborate within your team and across groups to achieve measurable outcomes.
- Enterprise level experience training on a software system within an agile environment
- Banking / financial services experience highly preferred
- Proven success developing and delivering (facilitating) training programs for diverse audiences
- In-person and virtual facilitation experience.
- Strong project execution under tight timelines
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable leading in an agile, fast-moving environment
- Able to manage multiple high-priority initiatives with limited oversight
