This role involves troubleshooting complex issues, ensuring system reliability, and supporting mission-critical production environments.

<>Integration Support & Troubleshooting
- Provide advanced technical support for complex integration and API-related issues
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve system errors and performance bottlenecks
- Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions
- Manage and support API platforms, including MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
- Ensure seamless integration between enterprise systems and applications
- Support API lifecycle including development, deployment, and monitoring
- Handle day-to-day incidents, perform health checks, and ensure system stability
- Respond to major incidents and minimize business impact
- Participate in on-call rotation for 24x7 production support
- Escalate issues to appropriate teams and coordinate resolution
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues
- Improve system reliability, availability, and end-user experience
- Implement monitoring and alerting solutions
- Support deployments and ensure smooth transition to production
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices
- Develop documentation, runbooks, and knowledge-sharing materials
<>Technical Skills
- 5–8 years of experience as an Integration Engineer or Support Analyst
- 3 years of hands-on experience with MuleSoft or similar API platforms
- Strong experience with:
- MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
- API Management & Integration
- Data transformation and flow design
- Knowledge of:
- Java, XML, JSON
- REST APIs
- Experience with monitoring and alerting tools such as:
- Grafana
- Dynatrace
- Prometheus
- Datadog
- Splunk
- Strong understanding of system architecture and integration patterns
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience in root cause analysis and complex issue resolution
