- Bachelor''s or master''s degree in systems engineering, Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Software), Computer Science, or related discipline
- INCOSE, OMG, or equivalent certifications preferred (e.g., CSEP, OCSMP)
- 12 years in systems engineering, with 5 years in MBSE leadership
- Proven experience leading enterprise scale MBSE transformations
- SysML / SysML v2
- Requirements and architecture modelling
- Verification and validation planning
- Experience in regulated or safety critical industries (preferred)
Strong knowledge of:
- Systems architecture frameworks
- Model governance and configuration management
- Large scale system decomposition and integration
- PLM, ALM, CAD, simulation tools
- Digital Thread / Digital Twin concepts
- Executive level communication and influence
- Ability to drive change in complex, matrixed organizations
- Strategic thinker with strong execution discipline
