INCOSE, OMG, or equivalent certifications preferred (e.g., CSEP, OCSMP)
Experience
12 years in systems engineering, with 5 years in MBSE leadership
Proven experience leading enterprise scale MBSE transformations
Hands on expertise with:
SysML / SysML v2
Requirements and architecture modelling
Verification and validation planning
Technical Skills
Experience in regulated or safety critical industries (preferred)
Strong knowledge of:
Systems architecture frameworks
Model governance and configuration management
Large scale system decomposition and integration
Familiarity with:
PLM, ALM, CAD, simulation tools
Digital Thread / Digital Twin concepts
