- Bachelor?s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. ? Minimum 5 years of experience in mobile app testing with a strong focus on Appium, including designing, implementing, and maintaining automation frameworks for Android and iOS.
- Hands-on experience in web application automation using Selenium, with the ability to guide and review automation implementations.
- Strong practical knowledge of API testing using Postman, including scripting, validation, and integrating tests within CI/CD workflows.
- Extensive understanding of manual and automation testing processes across enterprise-level applications. ? Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and familiarity with defect-tracking and test management tools
- Demonstrated ability to lead QA teams, assign tasks, provide technical direction, and ensure high-quality deliverables. ? Experience acting as the go-to person for all QA-related queries, offering technical guidance, resolving blockers, and representing QA in cross-functional meetings.
- Ability to define and implement test strategies, test plans, and automation standards while ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with programming/scripting languages (such as Java, Python, or JavaScript) is a plus. Job Responsibilities:
