- 3 years of professional software engineering experience
- Proficient in software applications for VR headsets as well as mobile applications for Android and iOS
- Hands on experience with React Native, Unity, and Rust frameworks
- Ability to debug complex, multi component systems end-to-end
- Strong documentation and technical communication skills
- Familiarity with XR SDKs (e.g., OpenXR, HTC VIVE SDKs, OculMeta SDKs, SteamVR)
- Experience with performance optimization for real time or low latency systems
- Experience with automated testing (unit, integration, or device testing)
- Experience working in cross functional product teams
- Agile / iterative development experience
- Experience with Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity, including protocols, device pairing, data streaming
- Familiarity with app store release processes (e.g., Google Play / App Store)
