Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. You Have:
- 11 years of experience managing complex technical projects in enterprise data architecture, Databricks administration, and cloud-based data platforms
- Experience in Databricks platform administration, including workspace management, cluster optimization, and Unity Catalog integration for secure data governance
- Experience in ETL pipeline development, Delta Lake architecture, and data lakehouse optimization for DoD analytics and mission-critical data workflows
- Experience in SysEngOps, DevSecOps, version control systems such as Git, and CI / CD pipelines to streamline Databricks development and deployment
- Knowledge of identity and access management ( IAM ) , role-based access control ( RBAC ) , and cloud security best practices across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform
- Ability to support Databricks platform administration and enterprise data architecture for DoD data-driven projects
- Master's degree
- Experience in Python, SQL / NoSQL, Apache Spark, Databricks SQL, Terraform, and cloud-native data services for large-scale data processing and analytic
- Experience with Cloud security, role-based access control ( RBAC ) , and compliance with DoD data policies across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, Data Science, Business Administration, or Engineering Management
