is seeking an experienced IT Healthcare Consultant – Software Engineer – Project Lead to support the Bureau of IT Services. This role is responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting new Service Manager requests within the organization.

This is a newly created position focused on System Center Service Manager administration, infrastructure maintenance, and workflow development.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and manage Microsoft System Center Service Manager environment
• Gather and translate business requirements into Service Manager requests and service offerings
• Develop, maintain, and enhance workflows using System Center Orchestrator
• Maintain and support the Cireson Web Portal, including JavaScript updates
• Perform system maintenance, updates, and patching for Service Manager, Orchestrator, and Cireson
• Develop and maintain reports on Service Manager usage
• Collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and vendors for service delivery
• Serve as SME/POC for Service Manager processes and recommend improvements
• Support after-hours projects and system maintenance as needed.
  
  

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of relevant experience
• 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft System Center Service Manager
• Strong understanding of system architecture, services, features, and best practices
• Proven experience in development/support roles involving System Center
