The ideal candidate will work independently on complex projects, provide technical leadership, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions using Power Platform technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support custom solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools, including:
- Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven)
- Power Automate (Flows)
- Power BI
- Power Virtual Agents
- Dataverse
- Enhance existing applications and workflows to improve business efficiency and automation.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to development teams and junior staff.
- Stay current with the latest Power Platform features, updates, and industry trends.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in solution architecture, security, performance, and governance.
- Utilize Power FX to build formulas, logic, and expressions within Power Apps.
- Work across Microsoft 365 and SharePoint integrations within Power Platform solutions.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), from planning through deployment and support.
- 10 years of experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and SharePoint.
- Proficiency in Power FX, the low-code formula language used in Power Apps (Required: 10 years).
