Requirements

• 8 or more years of experience in ERP implementation and technical project management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) and Dynamics GP platforms.
• Experience in managing complex GP to BC migrations and ERP stabilization efforts.
• Experience with technical data migration, system testing, and validation cycles.
• Experience in go-live readiness assessments and technical risk mitigation.
• Experience with functional gap resolution and cloud ERP integration challenges.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Drive the final execution phase of Business Central implementations and migrations.
• Conduct go-live readiness assessments across business processes and data layers.
• Oversee technical data migration, system testing, and validation activities.
• Validate project timelines and deliverables against critical go-live milestones.
• Resolve complex functional gaps and technical integration challenges during cutover.
• Coordinate technical workstreams between Finance, IT, and external implementation vendors.
• Deliver executive-level status updates on project health and technical risks.
