MSLs are responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and clinical investigators. Their primary role is to disseminate scientific information, provide clinical and scientific support for products, and gather insights from the field to inform the company''''s strategic direction. MSLs engage in scientific discussions, attend medical conferences, and deliver presentations to ensure that stakeholders are well-informed about the latest research and product developments. Collaborates with multiple departments to drive MSL team tactics and strategy and ensure strong clinical engagement in region.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Required Qualifications:
- Advanced Scientific Degree (OD, PhD, MD, DO or equivalent) is required.
- Minimum of 6 years relevant work experience required.
- Minimum of 5 years clinical work experience in the field of Robotics, and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a customer facing role is required.
- Ability to communicate effectively and build strong partnerships is required.
- Excellent presentation skills and strong verbal and written communication skills is required.
- Strong influencing skills to represent needs of stakeholders is required.
- Must be able to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a constantly changing environment.
- Strong judgment and balanced decision-making is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and associated hardware.
- A valid driver''''s license issued in the United States.
- Manages other Managers, Supervisors, and/or individual contributors in a matrix environment, and is accountable for conducting effective performance management and meaningful career development conversations.
- Disseminates scientific information on medical developments and shares medical insights on products and services.
- Provides updates on emerging scientific and medical trends, informing teams members of key insights to keep up-to-date with emerging trends.
- Organizes educational initiatives and clinical research through industry partnerships and internal collaborations.
- Manages community engagements and fosters discussions around the healthcare landscape, demographic needs, and company products and services.
- Responsible for managing operational aspects of their team (e.g., workflow, performance, and compliance), as well as ensuring achievement of team goals within established timelines and budgets.
- Integrates Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team goals and decision making.
