Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all mechanical design and project activities from inception to completion, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, deliverables, and specifications.
• Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of mechanical systems, including HVAC, piping, and plumbing.
• Conduct risk management to minimize project risks and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards, policies, and procedures.
• Review and approve project designs and deliverables, ensuring they meet quality standards and customer requirements.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to mechanical systems.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and customers to ensure project success.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 4 years of experience within the mechanical construction industry.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge and experience in HVAC, piping, and plumbing.
• Proven track record of managing large and complex mechanical projects.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• In-depth understanding of mechanical systems and materials.
