Key Responsibilities:
- Design HVAC systems and prepare complete construction document sets
- Work across multiple project types and market sectors
- Collaborate with teams and maintain strong client relationships
- Manage multiple projects and adapt to evolving technologies and codes
- Participate in mentoring junior engineers and personal development
- 3 years of experience in HVAC design and project management
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit MEP
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects
- Adaptability to changing tools, technologies, and codes
- Interest in mentorship and team development
- Experience with complex mechanical systems
- Experience in data centers, healthcare, K-12, or municipal projects
- Proposal writing and client development experience
- LEED certification (preferred)
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in California (preferred)
