Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Master Data Management (MDM) Specialist with strong expertise in Semarchy xDM (preferred) to design, implement, and manage enterprise-level MDM solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in data integration, governance, and stewardship to ensure consistent and reliable master data across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement MDM solutions with a focus on Semarchy xDM.
Define and manage master data models, hierarchies, workflows, and governance rules.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable MDM solutions.
Develop and optimize data integration workflows with ETL/ELT tools.
Implement data quality, data stewardship, and governance frameworks.
Support system upgrades, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
Ensure compliance with enterprise data management policies and best practices.
Required Skills & Experience:
5 years of hands-on MDM experience.
Strong expertise in Semarchy xDM (preferred).
Experience in other MDM platforms (Informatica, Reltio, SAP MDG, etc.) is a plus.
Solid understanding of data governance, data quality, and data modeling concepts.
Proficiency with SQL, ETL tools, and integration frameworks.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.
Education:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
