Requirement/Must Have:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a cGMP regulated industry.
- Ability to perform visual inspection and related operations independently after training.
- Strong attention to detail with a right the first-time mindset.
- Ability to read, understand, and follow SOPs and work instructions.
- Strong compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Experience working in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience with visual inspection and packaging support activities.
- Familiarity with manufacturing execution systems (MES).
- Execute routine visual inspection operations for drug products.
- Perform advanced visual inspection, palletizing, and cleaning activities.
- Prepare inspection hoods and support BioMES operations and exception handling.
- Assist in drug product filling and packaging processes.
- Manage logistics coordination, batch record execution, and equipment logs.
- Initiate and track work orders and support project activities.
- Maintain and support training kits and documentation.
- Document all work in compliance with cGMP and cGDP standards.
- Report deviations, abnormalities, and safety concerns in a timely manner.
- Maintain production areas as per 5S standards.
- Participate in quality activities including investigations and corrective actions.
- Train other technicians after achieving trainer qualification.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet operational goals.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.
- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of manufacturing systems and MES.
- Strong documentation and compliance skills.
- Ability to perform detail-oriented inspection tasks.
- Computer proficiency for manufacturing systems.
- High school diploma with minimum 1 year of experience in a GMP-regulated industry.
- Associate s or Bachelor s degree or biotechnology vocational training preferred.
