We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team in the Tech Services industry. This is a permanent position that will offer you the opportunity to showcase your technical skills and contribute to the growth and innovation of our company. You will play a key role in our manufacturing processes, from tooling and machine design to process engineering. This role requires a deep understanding of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and advanced manufacturing methods. If you are a problem solver who enjoys working in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes and equipment (tooling, fixtures, assembly, etc.) to meet production requirements.
• Utilize AutoCAD and SolidWorks to create and modify drawings, 3D models, and assemblies.
• Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout.
• Identify opportunities for process and product improvements and drive their implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective execution of product design and manufacturing.
• Develop and implement process control techniques and procedures into manufacturing environments.
• Analyze manufacturing process flows continually for the enhancements of quality, cost reduction, and throughput.
• Conduct root cause analysis of manufacturing issues to respond and ensure swift resolutions.
• Train and guide staff on new development processes and equipment.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and other relevant software.
• Extensive knowledge of tooling, machine design, and process engineering.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing methods and process improvement techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Proven track record of successfully training employees in productivity and safety.
• Ability to design and understand precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.
• Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology.
