Job Title: Manager Electric Operations Strategy Job ID: 26-02306 Location: Bay Area, CA (Hybrid Local Candidates Only) Duration: 12 months on W2 contract

Seeking a strategic operations leader to manage and support high-impact Electric Operations initiatives focused on wildfire risk reduction, climate adaptation, operational efficiency, and utility strategy execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic initiatives, pilots, and operational programs
• Manage cross-functional coordination across operations, technical, and business teams
• Support project planning, governance, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management
• Track project deliverables, resolve issues, and provide leadership updates
• Coordinate field activities and stakeholder communications
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• 6 8 years of experience in strategy, operations, program, or portfolio management
• Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience
• Strong project/program management and cross-functional leadership skills
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience managing multiple initiatives in matrixed environments
  
  

Preferred:

• Experience in wildfire, forestry, climate, or utility operations
• PMP Certification preferred
  
  

Hybrid role with occasional travel to Bay Area office locations.

Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position is between $109.00-$113.00 per hour.
