Work involves overseeing programming projects, analyzing proposed applications, and designing software solutions. Works under minimal supervision, with considerable latitude for initiative and independent judgment.

- Knowledge of modern programming languages is required to ‘translate’ how the batch code will be redefined in the new language.
- Ability to present findings of research in business terms clearly so requirements can be created
- Ability to diagram flow for the batch programs to enhance understanding of the overall process
- Hierarchal and Relational database knowledge required
- Ability to read schedules in JobTrack
- Ability to document those schedules by program groupings
